RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
OUR RETURN POLICY
Products are accepted for return and exchange if returned in unworn, saleable condition within 10 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing slip. We accept returns on clothing ,shoes ,lingerie(bras) only. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in a different size subject to availability .Incase of non-availability of a different size , we can offer you a refund as store credits .
Once you wish to return a product , please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our customer support line +91 80 26647705 , Once we have authorized the same , you can courier the same to us . Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Products should be returned unused and with all 3closets and designer/brand garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your returns.
On receipt and acceptance of the product , we can advise you on any size change and send you the product or store credits subject to availability of the same.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
All returns must be sent to our Return Service Center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip .
To secure proof of your return we recommend that you always save the receipt from the courier of the fact that you have handed over the parcel. Once we have received your return, we will process the order with the new size and dispatch the same soon as we receive stocks. Incase of non-availability of the new size we will issue your refund to you at store credits which will reflect in you’re my account page or a coupon code to be used within a stipulated period of time for the same amount.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process a refund within 10 working days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it.
After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund by discount codes you can use as credits to redeem on your next purchase.
MY RETURN WAS PROCESSED BUT I WASN'T REFUNDED MY DELIVERY CHARGE?
We are sorry, but the shipping cost you originally paid is non-refundable.
However, if we sent you the wrong item or something defective, we will of course refund your shipping costs.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED AN INCORRECT AMOUNT
We are very sorry if we have refunded you the wrong amount. Please contact Customer Service at +91 (080) 26647705 and give them your order number and the required refund amount.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the shipping charge.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?
As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. We aim to process a fresh order within 10 workdays. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 20 days after your parcel has been
collected, please get in touch with Customer Service, and we will investigate.
WHERE DO I SEND THE RETURN PRODUCTS AND HOW ?
We prefer that items are returned to us via our preffered logistics partner BLUEDART. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Please ensure that they are protected and insured during transit..
